Team that can focus on their mission because of AI and Automation support

AI adoption for nonprofits that honors mission, builds internal capacity, and addresses the human side of change.

We help nonprofit teams gain AI confidence (not just tools) through strategy, governance, and hands-on learning.

Start Building Capacity

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT

Most nonprofits experience AI consulting in one of two ways:

Overly complex approaches
They emphasize enterprise-level infrastructure and technical jargon when your team needs practical, accessible solutions for everyday challenges.

Vendor-dependent solutions
They recommend specific platforms tied to ongoing subscriptions, leaving you reliant on tools you may not fully understand or afford long-term.

We're different.

We teach AI literacy so your team isn't dependent on vendors or consultants.

We focus on governance without bureaucracy. Practical ethics, not just policies.

We address the human side: change management, team fears, and culture shifts that make or break adoption.

The result?
Your team builds "AI muscle" that lasts long after we're gone.

Shakura Conoly, Founder of Hello Impact

MEET
THE
FOUNDER

Shakura Conoly

I started my career over twenty years ago in marketing and communications, first with consumer brands and then in digital strategy. What mattered most to me wasn’t the campaigns or the metrics. It was making sure people felt proud of the work, connected to the story, and able to find joy in the finished product.

When I moved into the nonprofit world, I carried that same lens with me. I led programs, built partnerships, fundraised, developed volunteers, and ran events. No matter the role, I wanted people to feel understood and to see themselves in the work in a way that truly mattered.

That mix of experiences shaped how I lead Hello Impact today. I translate new tools into solutions that actually make a difference for resource-stretched teams. I know the pressure to do more with less, which is why it’s critical for nonprofit teams to see what’s possible. By reclaiming time through AI, process redesign, and stronger governance, mission-driven people can focus on what matters most: delivering impact.

I’ve been in your shoes. The hardest part is knowing where to start, how to cover the costs, and how to get your team on board. That’s where Hello Impact comes in: making sure every nonprofit has the tools, knowledge, and support they need to do their best work without burning through resources or people.

I can’t wait to learn more about your story.

BOOK YOUR FREE INTRO CALL

Our first call is always free, it’s a chance to get to know your organization, hear what you see as your biggest challenges, and start uncovering what might help your team most.

From there, we may recommend a full Discovery Session. These sessions go deeper, asking the strategic questions that help us map out opportunities, redesign processes, and determine what type of support is right for you. Depending on your needs, a Discovery Session may take one hour, several hours, or even span multiple days for larger projects.

This way, you’ll always know what to expect, and can move forward at the pace that makes sense for your team.

THE TIME IS NOW

Here’s where the sector is today, and where the biggest opportunities are next:

  • Trying tools here and there is easy. What matters is a plan that keeps your team aligned and focused on outcomes. At Hello Impact, we help nonprofits turn scattered experiments into strategies that save time and amplify results.

  • The challenges are real. Limited funding, busy staff, and compliance worries can stall progress before it starts. That’s why we help teams focus on what’s practical, low-barrier, and safe, so AI becomes an asset, not a risk.
(TechSoup/Tapp Network 2025 AI Benchmark Report)

  • Imagine reclaiming hours each week that your team currently spends chasing paperwork. Automation takes the admin burden off your plate so staff can do what matters most: serve people. Hello Impact helps you find those quick wins first.

  • Nonprofits like yours are already saving time and raising more support with AI. The key is starting with tools that deliver an immediate return while laying the groundwork for long-term growth. That’s exactly how we approach implementation at Hello Impact.
